The range

Eight platforms. One service contract.

Every machine ships with its own content library, a spare-parts kit and the same two-year warranty. Mix them into one floor plan and you still have one supplier, one invoice and one engineer on the phone.

Why Odin

Consumer hardware dies in a month. This doesn't.

An arcade machine is not a gaming PC with a seat bolted to it. The load case is a stranger every four minutes, all day, for years — so the parts that get grabbed, kicked and leaned on are the parts we over-build.

  • Steel chassis, not extruded aluminium

Welded 2 mm frames with powder-coated panels. Rated for a 120 kg rider and tested to 500,000 entry cycles.

  • Industrial actuators

Servo-driven motion with a 20,000-hour MTBF, thermal cut-outs and a mechanical end-stop that does not rely on software being awake.

  • Tamper-proof by default

Locked service panels, concealed cable runs, no exposed USB. The headset tethers retract; the controllers dock and charge.

  • Hot-swap consumables

Face pads, lens covers, wheel rims and pedal springs change in under two minutes with no tools. Every kit ships with a year's supply.

Illustrative only. Real throughput depends on footfall, staffing, local pricing and how well the queue is managed — we will model your specific site properly during a quotation.

A four-minute ride, a twelve-hour day and a queue that moves is 180 tickets a machine — before you have sold a single drink.

How it works

From floor plan to first ticket in about ten weeks.

Most of that is manufacturing and freight. The parts that need you take an afternoon.

    Tell us the room

Area, ceiling height, power supply and budget. A photo of the empty unit is usually enough to start.

    Day 1

  2. 02

    Free CAD layout

We return a scaled floor plan and a 3D render showing machine placement, queue lanes, sightlines and cable routing. No charge, no obligation.

    3–5 days

  3. 03

    Build and burn-in

Your machines are assembled, branded to your livery if you want, then run for 72 hours continuously before anything is crated.

    4–6 weeks

  4. 04

    Ship

Sea freight for full containers, air for single units, DHL for spares. We handle export documentation and can quote DDP to most destinations.

  5. 05

    Install and train

Our engineer commissions the floor and trains your staff on operation, cleaning and first-line fault finding. Two days on site, then we are a phone call away.

After the sale

A dead machine is the only thing that actually costs you money.

Every hour a rig is dark is a queue that walks. So the support terms are written around uptime rather than around our convenience.

  • Two-year parts warranty

Extendable to five. Motion components included, consumables excluded.

  • Remote diagnostics

Machines report faults to us before your staff notice. Most issues resolve on a video call.

  • Spares by express courier

Critical parts dispatched within 24 hours of diagnosis, worldwide.

  • Content updates for life

New titles and seasonal packs push to the whole floor over the network.

Operators

What the floor says.

Placeholder quotes — swap in real, attributable operator feedback before launch.

The racing pair paid for itself inside seven months and it is still the first thing people walk toward when they come through the door.

Before you ask

The questions we get every week.

What is the minimum order?

One machine. There is no MOQ — we would rather you trial a single unit and come back for eight than commit to a floor you have not tested. Container pricing starts to help from about six machines.

How long from order to opening?

Roughly ten weeks door to door: four to six weeks manufacturing and burn-in, then two to five weeks freight depending on destination and whether you ship by sea or air. Stock units can go out in days.

Can the machines be branded?

Yes. Livery, vinyl wraps, cabinet colours, attract-screen loops and the loading logo are all customisable at no extra cost above a certain order size. Full chassis redesign is a quoted engineering project.

What power supply do they need?

Standard units run on single-phase 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz. 110 V variants are available for North America and Japan. Larger motion platforms and free-roam arenas may want a dedicated circuit — the CAD layout marks where.

Who owns the game content?

The content library is licensed to the machine for its lifetime, with updates included. There are no per-play royalties and no separate content subscription. You keep every ticket you sell.

Do you help with the venue itself?

We produce the floor plan, the 3D render and the electrical schedule free of charge, and we will tell you honestly if your room is the wrong shape for what you are asking for. We do not do fit-out, but we work alongside whoever does.

What happens when something breaks?

Machines self-report faults. Most are resolved remotely the same day; if a part is needed it ships by express courier within 24 hours of diagnosis and is covered for the first two years. Serious failures get an engineer on a plane.

Can I see one before I buy?

You already are — the simulator at the top of this page is running on your own device. For the physical machines, we hold demo units and attend the major trade shows; tell us your region and we will point you at the nearest installed floor.
